When I was trying to decide to purchase the Groupon, I asked when we could schedule. She gave me a time. After purchase, I called several times to confirm. She did not return my calls. After the fourth call in four days, she called to tell me that all the calls from me were too much and she refused to do the shoot. I asked for a refund. She said I would get one but she never put it through. She was very rude. I finally asked for refund from Groupon and got it. Whew! Never again!
