That was literally the worst facial I have had in my entire life. The shop is loud and very bright. They started my appointment 15 minutes late and didn't make up for it in the end. The facial was very rough. Product in my eyes, mouth and ears constantly, only to be rubbed away roughly with a towel. Tons of product in my hair. I was freezing the entire time because of cold product all over me.

Been going here for a year and a 1/2 now. And continue to go back because it's good service. Good pricing, and they make you feel like attention is on you for what you expect. I'd recommend them over and over again.
