I ordered one of Jamba Juice's fresh pressed juices. None of the fruit was pressed, but simply thrown in a blender with ice. This was obviously not the correct menu item for ordered. When I asked associate if that's my drink he was preparing in the blender, he lied straight to my face and said it was a cold-pressed juice. No press was used for my juice. I received a smoothie in disguise.

Went with a coupon past expiration They honored the amount Have been back twice due to the good customer service they extended
