Each workout uses the heart-healthy exercise of cardio training to satisfy people’s innate desire to punch and kick something other than a broken jukebox. Participants build lithe, strong muscle tissue by delivering powerful blows to punching bags, and build flexibility and agility by practicing roundhouse kicks and hooks. I really loved this workout style. Boxing!! I tried other places but this fits more with my style of a workout. Great trainers, and just a fun workout. If you’re new to working out and just want to start or get back in it, try it! They make you feel comfortable and set you up for a successful class!
