Try Kickboxing with Goforitkickboxing. Its more than punching and kicking a bag. Its a full body workout that you will fall in Love with.

Highly recommended. Best part of this place is the friendly staff and other members. No matter what shape you are in, each and every staff/member is there offering encouragement and support. The 90 day fitness challenge is awesome. One improvement wod be to add more kickboxing classes throughout the day. 7:00/7:15 classes are kind of late after long day of work.
