I arrived on time for my appointment and filled out the necessary paperwork. Ingri was in her office carrying on with a client....perhaps a friend, seemed like a social visit to me and then finally came to get me about 15 minutes later. When I laid down on the table, she got right to work, while chatting about some esoteric notion. Ingri is very sweet and friendly. You can sense she has a warm heart. However, the table didn't have a face cradle, so I had to turn my head to one side and keep it there since there were needles in my ears. I laid there for only about 25 minutes when she came back to remove the needles; at which point, my neck was so stiff, it hurt to turn my head. My session was supposed to be an hour long. Perhaps it was best for my neck that it fell short of that hour. I had to go see my masseuse to work out my neck kinks after that. Face cradles are vital!

It felt a little rushed. She also asked for our insurance info for any future visits and actually charged it for that visit.

Terrible.
