The salon placed me with a new stylist that did not have enough training to be allowed to cut. If I wanted that level of service, I would have gone to a beauty school. At least they would have instructor oversight! Will not return! Poor management!

Stylist was good but the entire process of scheduling and payment was horrific. The individuals who manage the phones and front desk are rather obnoxious and condescending.
