Whether family, friends, or a group of co-workers, the challenge and puzzles of this escape room game builds cooperation and a sense of teamwork among players—or rather, it must, or the group risks never making their way to the outside world again.

- Secret Agent: A group of two to eight top-secret spies have been dropped off in the middle of Norwich, Connecticut with one mission: find and reveal the identity of an evil dictator intent on destroying the world.

Customer service was great when the Groupon code would not work. Staff member running the room was awesome. My only suggestion would be that several components of the room had to be used more than once, such as the blacklight which was not made known and is not typical for escape rooms. Overall great time.

This was a really fun experience. Was our first escape room and didn't know what to expect, but we will definitely be going back for the other puzzles. Being new, we didn't know that prior reservations were necessary, but the staff worked around our shortcoming professionally and quickly. I would readily recommend this activity for small groups. Teens and up, some of the clues can be tough!
