It's difficult to do business with a shop in a shopping center that "keeps it's own hours." They close in the middle of the day for lunch - but at different times on different days. I've driven there three times and they were closed on two of them. They say "Call first to make sure we're here!" Shouldn't have to do that. You should just expect them to be open during routine business hours.

the value coupon for 300.00 dollars was not enough since most lenses had a minimum starting range of 200.00 a frame. It was disappointing to see that I had not saved as much as I initially thought. With the understanding that I was not going to receive a free par of glass and eye exam, I ended up paying 400.00 out of my pocket for a plan frame with no style. Additionally, I had also plaid about 90.00 out of my pocket getting the groupon coupon which ultimately made my total balance to around 500.00 for plan frames without a warranty if they break or any other services for the glasses or frames. I felt that the information given in the description of the groupon was not valid and misleading.

The groupon was very misleading… I expected to pay for the lenses but I thought the frames were paid for with the groupon. I ended up paying an additional $600 for lenses and frames. The owner of the shop said that most of the groupon users had a similar feeling. I won’t be going back to 20/20 and I will be a lot more carful before purchasing another groupon
