VERY UNSATISFACTORY EXPERIENCE. WORST GROUPON EXPERIENCE EVER. When I redeemed two Groupon vouchers for an exterior 3-step detail, each costing $139, the clerk mistakenly gave me two car wash coupons. When I pointed out the error, she said she would put a note in the system that I had two details coming. I foolishly trusted that was all that was needed. It was a while before I finally went in to claim one of the detailing services, but when I did, the clerk said there was no record. She called in the manager, who was in fact either Matt or Jeff, who looked at the notes I had written, brusquely stated, "No one even signed this. There's no way I can honor this," and then threw my note into his trash can and left. Even though I had the Groupon certificate numbers that he could have looked up, he made me feel that I was trying to rip him off, rather than trying to work to understand the situation, and I lost $278 in the process.

Matt & Jeff's is the only place where I get my car washed. They do an excellent job and are very friendly.
