Loved the workout. I started with the easier classes but quickly worked up to the next level since I already was doing other fitness stuff on my own. All the teachers & staff/receptionists were helpful and professional. Really appreciated the individual attention that I got.

Go for the beginner's class if you haven't done something similar before. I used to teach pilates but that was 10 years ago and I found my first class hard!
