The WORST. Had to hunt them down to cancel my reservation due to Covid-19. Literally took me 3 months to get a hold of them and finally was able to cancel and when asked about my refund. They said I had to go through Groupon. Long story short... i contacted Groupon and they were not able to issue a refund because it was past their refund time frame. I personally feel taken advantage of.

The photo booth guy came late and then packed up and left almost 40 mins early. I called multiple times to voice my concerns and never heard back from anyone.

I tried canceling the event in the appropriate amount of time. No one answers the phone, I cannot get a hold of the rep, left numerous vms. Finally received a call back, they canceled & said they would have someone call me for a refund, since then I have had no one call me, no one answers the phone and the company told Groupon they provided services that they have not because the event in Jan 2020
