Perfect Image Aesthetic Centers, Oak Park

The woman spent all of 10 minutes on my microdermabrasion. Before she asked about my skincare routine, chastised me because of how I took care of my skin and then spent another 10 minutes trying to sell the stuff they had there to me. I got a refund on my groupons because it was such a terrible experience.

Apparently, Perfect Image underwent a change of ownership in Sept. '16. I know this b/c I was contacted by the owner after a solid month of calling/emailing w no answer or even a VM set up. The new owner, Ron Schumacker, was in the parking lot of CostCo when he called b/c needed "to keep the convo brief." He told me to rest assured. Since he is the new owner now, my calls and emails will be returned, and my business is very important to him. Nope. Not even close. It is now Dec. '16 and still, no VM has been set up for this "legitimate" business, I cannot get ahold of anyone, and my emails have gone unanswered. My Groupon, which I spent $200+ on, is one day from expiration. I have no chance of getting my money back, as per policy, and I am, once again, made a fool of by Groupon and Perfect Image. Buyer Beware.

Phone just rings and rings. No ability to leave a message. When they did have a machine, I would leave messages and they don't return phone calls. I sent An email a week ago and still no response. Getting refund from groupon. They need to have a better way of qualifying who they do business with as this is not the first time I've had to return a groupon due to poor response.

Virtually impossible to make an appointment. No option to make an online appointment. You must call a phone line that is never answered, leave a message and wait for a call back. This usually happens days later. If you can't answer the call when it comes in you must start the process all over again. When you finally get to speak with someone about an appointment you will then be told there are none available for 6 weeks.
