This was the MOST awful experience I ever had. Firstly, the place was not clean and had a fowl odor. Secondly, the nurse practioner license should be revoke. She was not physically and mentally presentable. This place just screen people to extort you and find fault to bill the insurance company. This place needs to evaluated by OSHA and the Health Department.

I do not recommend. Look at the fine print. Must have a BMI>30. They weighed me, then told me I qualified for the program and then proceeded to do all the tests. I received call a couple of days later that I did not qualify and would not receive the prescription which is why I bought the program. They look for a reason to not fulfill the prescription.Groupon was not responsive and did not refund!
