The facilities were much nicer than expected...new actually. Also, the yoga classes are much more relaxed than I have previously attended elsewhere. The focus has been good and it has been constructive and beneficial. The instructor Daniela has an apparent love for yoga and encourages the same of those that attend her classes.

This class was so slow that I don't know if I want to spend the time to return. I inquired about the other class styles, but was told by the instructor that he is doing an intro to yoga program, and all classes would be similar to each other. The class I tried was supposed to be "moderate to intense". It was not even close. Reminded me of yoga for seniors. Also, the schedule on the Groupon was Mon-Fri from 6-7, but that's not the real schedule. Disappointed that I spent $59 for no results.
