The problem with the class was that the kitchen was way too small to have 8 students in there as well as the cook. Rene was incredibly sweet and nice, but she wasn't very attentive to all the students. I got to do one thing out of the three hour class, and that was stir onions in a pan for about 1 minute. When I pay for a cooking class, I actually think it will be more hands on than just watching the teacher to everything and having her tell us what she is doing.
