I called to set an appointment with Farrah on Sunday (7/3/16) at 4:00pm. I got there at 3:40, Farrah did not show up. Good thing there was another stylist just happened to bring a friend in to do her hair, otherwise, I would be able to know what was going on. The girl called Farrah, she said she text me to confirm my appointment, but I never received the text message? I already confirm with her last week for Sunday at 4:00pm. I asked her to forward the message, she did not do it. The worst thing is, she redempted my coupon the day before my appointment. I received this email the day before I went there. I was worried that someone stole my groupon and used it. I don't how could she do that??? Good thing the owner came to apologize, she told me to cancel my groupon, but since it was already redempted, I wasn't able to do it. I couldn't even open it to view it. Fared even blamed on me did not reply to her text message which I did not received. I should get my money back because Farrah didn't do my hair and she didn't show up at all. Please try to get my money back from her. Thank you!
