There are two sides to the arguments of taking a long-distance bus overnight. You save time in transit: it's arguably more time effective to travel while you're most inactive. Sleeping on buses is a varied experience. Some passengers seem to enter deep slumber and ignore the vibrations, bumps and perpetual purr of the engine. Others writhe and toss around seeking the best sleeping position on seating not designed for it. Veteran bus travelers seemed to be the best equipped: pillows, blankets, noise-cancelling headphones and sleep wear that passes for casual wear. This recent trip wrecked my internal clock, so I spent the following day adjusting again to my normal schedule. I suppose if I continue with this mode of transport, I'll adjust.

I have to say this was an awful , awful experience, it actually caused my daughter in law to break out crying! I had my two sons and daughter in law come visit me in vegas from la on Monday , filthy bus , horrible bathroom , bad very bad!!

I still haven't used it yet, but their customer service people were really helpful in making sure my voucher was in their system for me to use and I've heard a lot of good things about them from friends who have friends and family who use them.
