It was such a gift to meet Melissa. I have been wanting to get back into yoga, but I wanted to do it at my own pace with individualized attention. I am so glad I bought this deal. Melissa arrived to my home with all of her yoga equipment and led me through a powerful session. She made adjustments as needed and answered questions as they arose. I most appreciated that she spent some time asking me about my lifestyle, my goals for my yoga practice, and then completely tailored our session to my needs and potential. Melissa teaches yoga in a way that is thoughtful, patient, relaxed,and joyful.
