I saw a roach crawling up the wall into the ceiling when I was getting my hair washed. My highlights were stringy and my hair has been extremely dry and damaged since. My hair didn’t look anything like the picture I wanted. The color wasn’t right either which was understandable because she had to go a level down even though I’ve had this happen in one visit before and i was there forabout 2.5 hrs…
