Hello Arielle, We take pride in our work here at Valerie’s Lash & Body Lounge. Due to limited client and artist availability we are striving to provide the best services in a timely manner. Some appointments run longer than others due to natural lash count and consultation times. Therefore clients need to be aware of their availability as well if variables within our business practice vary. I believe this specific application the client was talking and using her cell phone which is not allowed and also signed a waiver informing the client of eyelash extension procedure, including that the glue could be potentially irritating to the eyes. Especially if they are being opened mid appointment via speaking, laughing, smiling & using a cell phone. We encourage all of our clients to read our policies and know how to conduct themselves in an appointment to ensure that the artist can provide the best service possible. We would absolutely love to correct our mistakes especially because we have hypoallergenic glue and all organic products now that ensure ZERO irritation to the eyes.
