I purchased a Groupon to have my home AC serviced. It was of course in the middle of the summer here in Florida. The service took several weeks to get scheduled because repair calls took priority which is 100% understandable and if I was in that position I would be grateful for the priority! The technician that came out was extremely knowledgeable and our AC works great!!
