You don't sign up for a boat ride with East Coast Watersports just to see Cape May Harbor—you also do it to experience the excitement of roaring speed and 360-degree whips. Those thrills come courtesy of the company's top-of-the-line jet boat, which features twin supercharged 700-horsepower engines.

During trips, up to 25 passengers strap in and hit the water, where a USCG-licensed captain executes high-speed spins and bow dips sure to kick up some sea spray. Occasionally the captain pauses to give passengers a chance to catch their breath and to share insights about the local history and sites of the Jersey Shore coast. Daily Dolphin sighting are common.
