I have received the best service all around from Caroline's Spa! From a customer service standpoint the communication is very thorough from the moment the appointment is made straight through the payment and scheduling of a future payment. She even sends appointment reminders by text or email if you want. The services themselves were also top notch. Caroline is very welcoming and makes sure to address all questions and requests. My pedicure was wonderful and ive heard that her facials are as well. Ive also used her wax services and as a "first timer" was made to feel very comfortable. I have been back since using my groupon and also have made a future appointment. Service like this is very hard to find!
