Unlimited memberships grant members access to fitness classes, tanning, cage fitness, and Tuesday night beach boot camps, in addition to the gym’s cardio equipment, free weights, and machines.
First Class Fitness Center
In an effort to cater to families, First Class Fitness Center offers members access to a childcare facility complete with a nursery and playroom. As a CPR-certified staff watches youngsters, adults can engage in one-on-one training sessions with a certified personal trainer without the pressure of impressing their children. Or they can attend one of the gym's many classes, including Pilates, kickboxing, yoga, and boot camp. On the amenities front, First Class offers fitness evaluations, nutrition coaching, tanning, and towel service.
