Wonderful experience with Charlene! She is an expert at extensions, among other things. She is really great at “hair mapping” so the placement of your extensions look the best in your hair for your hair type (thin, thick, etc). She also trims the extensions if you want them to, for example, frame your face. And she’s super fast! Very happy with the results!!

Very nice lady, but she was rushing. Unfortunately, I’ve waited. It’s been over 1 year and I have a very bad scar on my abdomen due to improper use of the Coolsculpting applicator. I asked for a full refund and she only issued me 50% after showing her the severe burn…. A little dishonest. Very upset as I paid money to reduce my area of concern, and it now brings a lot of attention to this area.
