The food was great but just beware if you purchase the Groupon you can't place the order on the phone you must do it in person then wait for it!

It’s a really fun place. There are so cool prizes and the game cost are priced right. I will go again.

So many issues happened! No one was at the counter to greet us. We waited for 5 min and there wasn’t a bell or anything to ring. Tried to pull up the Groupon and Groupons server was down. We spent 20 min or more trying to figure out a way to get the code. I asked them to pull up their list of Groupon purchases bc I know they have that (as a business owner who used Groupon) but these people couldn’t figure that out. Finally we connected through the email confirmation and a hot spot and the server worked for a second and got the code. But the 1 star comes from the next part. They put us in lane 1, which is up against a wall and I got my hand on the wall on my first ball. I’m tall. So I had to ask to move. We moved to lane. But lane 2 was an entire disaster as their system was messing up the entire time! We literally had to get help or a manager multiple times as the balls would randomly fall over or fall from the suspension it uses. It wouldn’t put all 10 balls down like ever! We seriously had to reset each attempt like 4-5 times. We only had an hour! I asked for more time originally and they added back the 10 min when we moved to lane 2. But then we wasted at least 20 min easy on the stupid reset. All is us couldn’t believer how bad this bowling alley and system was. We will NEVER come back! Other lanes appeared to have problems too bc the girl had to walk down to the pins and untangle them. I’ve never seen pins on a string system like puppets. It does not work at all.
