The entryway isn’t very inviting. It could definitely use a sprucing up. It looked very old, like no one worked there anymore. It smelled funky, like it was damp and moldy. The scalp massages themselves were great, but you could hear everything outside the room. Someone came in asking for gift cards and you could hear the entire transactions. If they had a speaker playing soothing sounds or even water, it would have helped tremendously. Last thing, one of the people answered her phone in the middle of the massage. It was unprofessional and ruined the relaxation. Again, the massages themselves were great, just some other factors could have been easily changed to improve the overall experience.

Anna was excellent - she washed & treated my hair with several different products & the various scalp massages she did were pure bliss! My hair is so soft & shiny now. I would definitely recommend this service!
