The staff is very friendly and helpful, they go out of their way to make the whole experience less awkward and intimidating then some structured weight loss programs are.

SO FAR SO GOOD, I JUST RECENTLY STARTED THE PROGRAM A THIS PAST SATURDAY. I AM NOTICING MORE ENERGY AT THE GYM, HOWEVER MY CRAVINGS ARE STILL THERE FROM TIME TO TIME.
