It was VERY difficult to schedule an appointment for a mani/pedi as in not many times available. My original appointment was set up, I showed up and they were running 45 minutes late. They didn't call me to let me know and they took down my cell number. They said, the computer was down and they had no idea who was coming in or their phone number. Suggestion, print out the next days schedule with phones numbers the day ahead. When I rescheduled, they gave an appointment in the middle of a Saturday for a mani/pedi. Seriously, scheduling a week ahead and there is nothing else available? The girl who answered the phone seemed to have an attitude. HOWEVER, Nicole did my nails and she went above and beyond expectations. She even sat on the floor to paint my toes because one of the two pedicure chairs was being soaked with cleaning supplies as there was something nasty/grimmy on the bowl and they didn't want to use it for the next customer. I certainly understood and appreciated that the next customer shouldn't have to wait and that they were not comprimising their cleanliness standards.

This organization looks like a success however is very unorganized. This is the 4th situation I've ran into. Each time I am waiting for a manager to call me back and all I want to do is use groupon. It has been posted that I have used my groupon already and I did not receive any services yet. Now how is that ? I am still waiting again for a manager to call me back due to lack of communication.
