Karate Owner seemed surprised we still used Groupon but he was willing to accept voucher. Oh well.

Thanks for the negative rating. For what I am not sure. I am pretty sure that we satisfied your needs and provided you value beyond what you paid for the Groupon.
You came in with a voucher that the front desk was unsure how to deal with. Once they got me we used the voucher to purchase a 6 week introductory program, a uniform and white belt. At the time totaling around $129. The voucher you had was for $99. So I think we more than satisfied what you paid for on Groupon.
As the owner of Synergy Martial Arts I am always happy to take care of customers and students. In this case it may have taken us a few minutes to figure out how, but we did and always will.
