The customer service wasn't the best. The guy servicing the bikes acted like I was wasting his time. I took in my 13 y.o. daughters bike to get it ready for the spring/summer. I picked up the bike, put in the back of my truck. It didn't get cleaned like the Groupon stated it would, they didn't even clean the spiderwebs off the spokes and it rides worse than it did when I took it in. The brakes are hard and they squeal when she tries to use them. My daughter was very discouraged and so am I. I paid for a service and I want that service honored. My daughter and I have since washed her bike and done all that we can to make the brakes stop squealing when she rides. What a waste of time and money.
