Brixton's at Station Park, Ogden

Brixton's at The Junction does for the baked potato what other up-and-coming restaurants might do for waffles or poutine. It reimagines the humble side dish, pairing it with a whole mess of unorthodox toppings and promoting it to entree status. For example, guests can get the breakfast potato topped with eggs and country gravy, or they can try a Thai–inspired potato drenched with spicy coconut curry. There's also a slate of old-school fixings such as bacon, cheddar, and sour cream for traditionalists. In addition to these gourmet spuds, Brixton's also whips up creamy soups and toasted ciabatta sandwiches.
