I’m pretty sure they watch to see if your Groupon is getting close to expiring and then just book your appt so they can get paid thinking you forgot about it. I called Groupon to let them know I had never been there, and they said once it’s marked redeemed they can’t do anything. After multiple calls, voicemails and emails, I finally got a response and my money was credited back but it took 4ever.
