The pharmacist who gave me the flu shot injected the shot in my upper shoulder, right near the muscle. This is the appropriate injection site for steroids, not flu shots! He should have
known that flu shots are given on the side of the arm, away from any veins. After he gave me the shot, blood ran all the way down my arm. I still have a big bruise on my arm at the injection site. Pharmacists who give flu shots should be adequately trained about appropriate injection sites before they are unleashed on the general public.

We have been customers of PGPA Pharmacy for years. It used to be on my route home from work but now it isn't but I still make the extra effort to go there. The people are very nice and I like the hometown treatment we get there.
