No appointment necessary, just walked in and was greeted by Manny. He said it would take about three hours. I received a call in about 2 1/2 hrs. Picked up my IPad 4 and it was perfect. I had previously taken it to the iPad store in Quail Spring Mall where they said it could not be fixed and offered to order me a new one for $400.
Excellent service!
