The person that worked on my hair was also working on another person's hair at the same time as applying color to my hair. I got highlights and after walking out it looks grown out 1/2inch and the color looks lighter in the front then in the back because they left the color on front way longer then the back (like 30 minutes to an hour). Manager doesn't care! 3 hours wasted! No layers! Super ticked
