Hidden Dragon Yoga, Oklahoma City

Following a series of sports-related injuries, Desirae Penton took up yoga merely as a means to prevent future injuries. In the process, she discovered the mental and spiritual sides of yoga, which led her down the path toward becoming a certified instructor. At Hidden Dragon Yoga, Penton and her fellow staff members help guests discover yoga's ability to harmonize the mind, body, and spirit through a varied class schedule for participants of all experience levels. Some classes focus on core exercises, whereas others emphasize flow between yogic poses; some take place at room temperature and others in high heat.
