We had to wait 2 hours past Check in time for our room to be ready. We did not have any towels in the bathroom and there were no sheets on the pull out bed.

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was. It was an apartment with full sized appliances and a small washer and dryer. The grounds were nicely maintained. Breakfast and dinner were included on week nights. Breakfast on the weekend.

When I first got there to check in ....I was told there was no reservation under my name....I explained I booked in February.....I will not go back.....my kids and I were bit up by bed bugs.....the pools were supposed to be opened but they werent....the outside pools and the inside pools were all closed......I had to call to request for my deposit to be returned.....not satisfied

The room reeked of smoke, and I wasnt told it was a smoking room until I complained of the smell. Someone had the ability to control our television, like to turn it off and on and change the channels. They did so after midnight which woke my kids up. They sent someone to fix it the next day, and then it started happening again that night. The lock on the door was broken in half.
