The experience was OK. Not a bad experience, but nothing overly impressive either. I purchased the massage and facial, which was nearly double the price of an hour massage on Groupon. I expected a 2 hour experience. It does not say anywhere that the massage-facial is a 2 hour deal, but I assumed it was. It was only 30 min massage and 30 min facial. So, that was a little disappointing.
