I would reccomend doing this...I took my 78 year old mother in-law and my 16 yr old son...We all had the best time making pasta from scratch, so I'd say it's fun for all ages.

The instructors are students, I believe, and there were many times they kept saying "I don't know" or "I'm not sure" when asked what something was, or how to prepare it (jicama for example). "Do it however you want" was a frequent instruction. Overall it was a fun experience and since my husband and I are already cooks it went smoothly for us. For some other couples, they needed more guidance.
