The representative was quite rude. From the beginning, he talked to me in a condescending tone which was carried all the way through till the end of my oil change. By far the worst experience I've ever had at Frank Ancona. Usually It's a fantastic experience and they're very helpful. Unfortunately, this time was the exact opposite of all my other experiences.

I never take my car anywhere else to be serviced. It's an 2006 Civic and has had all work done at Frank Ancona. And now that they remodeled the waiting area a few years ago, it's a pleasure to wait for the work to be done.

Frank Ancona Honda has been open for over 50 years as a go-to spot for new and pre-owned automobiles. Inside of the showrooms, brand-new Honda sedans and SUVs sparkle with straight-from-the-factory finishes, full of futuristic features and pristine odometers. Meanwhile, all sorts of makes and models, both foreign and domestic, dot the pre-owned lots. And in the service center, technicians perform small- and large-scale repairs, oil changes, and complimentary car washes while customers take advantage of the waiting lounge or private room to get some work done or delete their 'car for sale' classified ad. Those who can't stick around can hop aboard the shuttle for a convenient ride to work.
