The place was definitely a restaurant that you should check out, but the waitress made a BIG mistake by not returning our change. They should never assume that it is for them to keep. She never brought bread to our table, didn't check on us to see if everything was good or if we needed or wanted anything else... A chef came to our table and saw that we were neglected and tried to make it right.
