Dr Garro is in a current criminal investigation for insurance fraud. I caught it on the news and called my insurance (BCBS). Sure enough, he charged my insurance when I had bought this to cover the expense. I submitted a claim because he never should have run my insurance claim (and they knew that). The guy at the front desk was slimy and I should've listened to my gut!
