She is very professional in what she does.love the way she did my hair.

The actual work itself was beautiful. NaKeita arrived late even though I had recieved multilple messages to be on time. With no greeting, apology, or even direction with where to sit, she immediately got down to business and asked me what I wanted done. When I replied with exactly what I hoped the cut and color would be, she took offense. Age came up. Race came up. Experience and knowledge came up. It was very off putting. I always read the fine print. Imagine my surprise to be told highlights would only be done in blonde. We had spoke on the phone prior to the appointment, I had described in detail the color and type of hair I had. Having dark brown hair, imo blonde would look gaudy. It was odd to me that we had to politely argue before a compromise could be reached as to the additional cost for highlights in a different color than blonde. Once she actually started the work, it turned out gorgeous. She found a deep mahogany red that blended well with a layered haircut. I thought long and hard about writing this review. Perphas she just doesn't have the temperament to do walk ins and would better suited for word of mouth clients. In either case make sure you have thick skin and don't care how your hairdresser treats you as long as your hair looks good.

NaKeita was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed and the best way to achieve my hair care goals! My hair looks amazing! Would definitely recommend others to her.
