Couldn't be happier! Exceptional eye exam and choice of eyewear

Really nice place. Lacey was very helpful. They have a lot of frames to choose from. I'm glad I went there.

Legacy's customer service was a 10 out of 10. I'd like to recognize the tech that completed my tests, Dr. Jackson, and the opticians who helped me purchase glasses. The tech was friendly, made me feel welcome; Dr. Jackson was very thorough, he didn't make me feel rushed, and answered all of my questions. The opticians stood out, after my appt I spent 15 minutes with an optician (Mike, I believe) to get pricing & options. I was planning on shopping around, Mike didn't try to pressure me into buying that day. I returned the following day, I worked with Jennifer (not 100% sure on name) and ended up purchasing a pair of addidas frames & Oakley prescription sunglasses. Jennifer spent over an hour with me, and did her best to get me the best price which I appreciated. I also appreciated Jennifer's explanation/attitude about how easily I could re-order different glasses or lenses if I didn't like what I purchased. Instead of trying to "sell" me glasses, Jennifer took the approach of trying to figure out what was going to work best for me; which resulted in me purchasing two pairs of glasses. I do plan on returning and will recommend Legacy eyecare moving forward.
