They rescheduled me three times. The first time the Botox was not delivered, the second because someone scheduled me on a non Botox day, the third there was no Botox available (was not advised until after Dr. Marky took pictures of my face. She left the room and came back 15 minutes later and told me the Notox had not arrived....appointment was rescheduled again.
I waited 15 minutes to see the doctor on the appointment day. Dr. Marky had me lay flat on a bed. The previous Botox procedures I've had, the doctors have you on a reclining chair. I've never been laid down on a bed, I've always been set up right on a reclining chair.
She filled the syringe and immediately started the Botox procedure.. she did not ask me about my areas of concern. She put Botox in three places in my forehead, above where my eyebrows begin and in my left and right cheekbones. I asked her what does the botox in the cheekbones affect. She said Crow's feet. I said I wasn't concerned about crow's feet, at that point it was too late. It was just that fast. Dr. Marky did not give me any aftercare instructions. Thankfully I'm familiar with the after care procedures.
I called the same day, Laurie, the receptionist was VERY rude when I called back with my concerns. She said she wasn't a doctor and brushed me off. I went back to the office, Laurie threatened to charge me over $300 if I came back. Someone overheard the conversation and involved Sara, the office manager.
I took several photos and videos showing the punctures from the injections. After sending pictures and exchanging emails, here was their response:
Good Afternoon Paula,
I apologize for delay. I shared the photos you sent with Dr. Marky, to have her look at them. Upon examining them, she was not able see any difference in where the Botox is administered.
I was also able to speak with Dr. Selvaraj, the owner of Omaha Insomnia and Psychiatric Services, regarding your concerns. We were informed by Groupon that they would be willing to give a refund if a patient was not satisfied with their Botox appointment. Dr Selvaraj suggests contacting Groupon for a refund since the payment was made through them. We apologize that you were unsatisfied with our services.
Sincerely,
Sara Durham CMA

Use your money and go somewhere else! The first scheduled visit was canceled due to them not having any Botox. Went to the second scheduled visit only to find out they still did not have Botox. Then on the third visit, I did get the Botox. However, the person doing the Botox seemed to not know what she was doing. I have had Botox several times. She did not ask me to do the facial expression before injecting. I ALWAYS use 40 plus units. She said she only used 30. When I asked about between the eyes she said "oh yes, I forgot that area". I did immediately seek the opinion of another professional who does Botox. She instructed me to wait another week. I waited and still no signs it worked. This professional said it may have been diluted. YES! this is a thing. Pay a little more if needed and get it done right!
