Phone Surgeons was founded on a vision of pushing the phone repair industry forward, establishing quality and service standards, and deliver a first in class customer experience in building "the most trusted brand in smartphone repair."

What do you love most about your job?
The opportunity to make our clients' days saving hundreds of digital lifelines everyday. Many times, it's not just a cosmetic repair, but resuscitating a phone believed to be dead and restoring priceless data.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

Phone Surgeons replaced my screen with an aftermarket product that did not work! Then, when I went to have them fix it (under warranty) they had gone out of business!

Had no paperwork to serve as receipt. First said would be ready in 1.5 hours, then later got a text saying 5-7 business days. After 9 business days tried calling but no answer for two days, no return calls after left messages, etc. finally went in person to retrieve iPad and it was disassembled, still not ready. Parts came in but no one had repaired. Stood there for 20 minutes and waited.
