About Pizza Shoppe Collective

Since 1995, Pizza Shoppe Collective guests haven't had to rely only on their food to feel good. That’s because the restaurant features a second identity as a space for local artists and non-profits, fostering a unique, artistic, and communal feel that pervades the stage and connected restaurant. Before catching a show or event, clients can split one of the house’s signature pizzas loaded with fresh ingredients on their in-house crust. First time going and they apparently are closing on Saturday for good. So idk if today's sucky service and extremely thin pizza with hardly any toppings has anything to do with it but we didn't find it to be amazing like all the other comments. The thin crust was good, the toppings for a specialty cheeseburger were slim to none and no sauce. A soda is $2.50 for a plastic to go size cup and the waitress never refilled any of our drinks.

poor service. My daughter ordered chicken alfredo. When she asked what was taking so long the server daid that the alfredo sauce had run out and they were waiting for the FROZEN SAUCE to unthaw!!!! No prior explanation or apology. When my daughter DID get her food it was ice cold.....Shoot, even a server walked out on them last night. I hope when they reopen the service is better. We used to eat here all the time when we lived in Benson. Amy was always on hand to make sure things ran right.... nowhere to be seen last night.
