The times for open jump are very limited

It was a nice change of pace, something different for the kids, but we did not like having to move from room to room, that some activities were only open for 10 minutes of the time before we had to change rooms, so all the kids that wanted to try that activity couldn't. Lost a lot of time lining up in one room, standing in the hallways waiting for everyone to be lined up before moving into the next room, having to put shoes away in new room before getting to play. Also definitely not enough seating for the parents in either room.

I purchased a birthday package for my 10 year old. It was one of the worst run, ill managed parties I've had, and this is my 3rd kid! The workers were inattentive and completely disorganized. The young lady managing had no idea how to pull up the waivers my party goers filled out online. NEVER ONCE was I told each participant needed socks. When one boy was told he couldn't jump and we asked why, it was finally explained. I asked if we could buy socks; but it took the worker 5 minutes to find the socks in the desk and then more time to ring up the sale. I was not allowed to bring in outside: balloons, streamers, posters, other decor, lunch food, snacks, drinks OR water! If I wanted any food, snacks or beverages for my son's party, it had to be PURCHASED through Pump it Up. I have had parties at other P.I.U. franchise locations (Houston, TX, and Minneapolis, MN) and the parties were never, ever, this chaotic and disorganized. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

The staff who help with the kids are so great! They really enjoy their job. We love this place. We love the deal with a Groupon. My kids love all of the activities. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was I noticed this time the carpet was quite dirty- needs to be vacuumed & cleaned (my kids socks were filthy after).
